Empowerment

We are engaged in digital inclusion and capacity-building programs aimed at enhancing computer literacy and empowering individuals with low vision or blindness to improve their quality of life.

In collaboration with the Amhara Region Blindness Association, we provided support to individuals from low-income backgrounds who are affected by visual impairments.

After an initial screening by the Association, each person's eye health was further examined by an ophthalmologist to determine appropriate treatment options.

Understanding Individual Needs

Beyond medical eye care services, we conducted a comprehensiveneeds assessment to better understand the challenges individualsface in their daily lives, including mobility and education.

This allowed us to design personalized rehabilitation supportpackages tailored to each person's specific situation.
