Services In 2023 fiscal year

  • More than 143 Near vision spectacles were distributed to rural community members

  • Azithromycin Mass Drug Administration provided for 114,613 children’s.

  • Health promotion and awareness creation was done for more than 19,471 people.

  • More than 1,598 people with ocular infection and inflammation were treated using eye drops.

  • Eye screening and examination was done for more than 14,210 people

  • Vision impairment correction surgeries (mainly cataract surgeries) was performed for 67 identified patients

  • Over 6817 student’s visual acuity was screened and 50 eyeglasses were distributed for students with refractive error

  • More than 1,274 eye drops were distributed to people with ocular infection and inflammation.

  • Mental health treatments were provided for 80 trachomatous trichiasis cases identified with depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and suicidal behavior.

  • More than 1,165 soaps were distributed

  • Eye health promotion and covid 19 awareness creation activity was done 31531

  • Provide Personal Protective Equipment (masks and hand sanitizers) to community members (for COVID-19 prevention and control)

Services In 2020 fiscal year: ​

  • ​Eye screening and examination was done for 1,695 people.

  • More than 225 eye drops were distributed to patients who had eye diseases (conjunctivitis, infected eye, blepharites etc.)

  • More than 443 soaps distributed to promote face washing.

  • Provide Personal Protective Equipment (masks and hand sanitizers) to community members (for COVID-19 prevention and control)​
